1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ak33 online gaming platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and all its users ("you", "member").

By accessing the ak33 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per member. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this policy, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and the deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (password and personal identifying information) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

ak33 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. This platform is open only to those aged 21 or older. Any account created on behalf of a minor will be closed immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal. ak33 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for review in the event of any unusual activity.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to provide the correct account number and payment details. ak33 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from incorrect information.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• ak33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• During an active bonus, the contribution rate for certain games may vary — applicable rules will be stated in the offer details.
• ak33 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings in cases of unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

ak33 believes in fair play as a safe and reliable platform. Our games are powered by reputable providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be considered void and the relevant bet amount will be refunded. ak33's decision on this matter is final.

7 VIP Program

The ak33 VIP program has five tiers. Benefits increase as you move up each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The detailed terms of the VIP program may change at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner of any changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak33 platform:

• Operating games through fraudulent means or by using software.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit it.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.
• Attempting to attack the platform's security systems or servers.
• Demeaning, threatening, or engaging in any unethical conduct toward other members.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account or payment method.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 ak33's Authority

ak33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Instructions from a judicial or regulatory authority.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Temporary service interruptions due to unavoidable reasons (maintenance, technical upgrades).
